The artist uses watercolour to express dilution and contemplation. The technique here emphasises the softness of water, like the last tears shed before healing. We plunge into the heart of the artist’s healing process. The liveliness of the colours, the fluidity of the shapes and the roundness of the movements give this ‘Paisible’ series a lightness and a sense of calm. The artist favours a return to detail and meticulousness. She takes her time, rediscovering her sense of patience, to give us the specificity of her soul, at last at peace. She dares to be part of something else, something in perpetual motion.
